Shipping policy

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address according to the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturers facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once your new details have been confirmed with your updated address.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and the fulfilment company will be notified.
